Joanna Hetman-Krajewska

In January 2025, her book “Jak dobrze życie? Poradnik maturej kobiecości” was published. She is a translator and English teacher by education, as well as a lawyer. During her literary residency, she intends to create a volume of poetry in which poetic works will be interwoven with meditations, affirmations, simple yoga exercises and mindfulness and conscious breathing practices. The task of such a book will be to invite the reader to experience greater mindfulness and focus on the beauty of the world around them, including the details in it, often ignored indifferently, such as: a tree, a stone, a flower, water, a mushroom.

By profession, a legal adviser and attorney, she has been running the PATRIMONIUM Law Firm in Warsaw for over 20 years, an author of legal guides, specializing in copyright and family law. By life path – a yogi with almost 20 years of practice, a lover of Ayurveda, according to which she has lived for years.
