“The Art of Good Living”

Joanna Hetman is the winner of the 2025 Literary Residency contest, organized in cooperation with the Municipality of Cekcyn.

During her literary residency, the author is working on a book that combines a poetry collection and a guide to good living. The poems will be interwoven with meditations, affirmations, simple yoga exercises, and mindfulness and conscious breathing practices. The aim of this book will be to invite the reader to experience greater mindfulness and focus on the beauty of the world around them, including the details within it, often overlooked, such as trees, stones, flowers, water, and mushrooms.
